GENERAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Please note:
- For the safety of all guests, USE of whatever produces flame (such as candles, gas canisters etc.) or has a hot surface (such as peephole coffee or associated electrical apparatus) is PROHIBITED in our rooms (provision of the Fire Department). In case of such a device or object is found in our rooms, it will be directly removed from the room and will be kept at the reception until departure.
- All taxes included in prices (unless otherwise specified).
- Prices do not include breakfast. Breakfast is charged extra.
- Private parking is not available (as in most hotels in Aegina). You can park in a public place close to our rooms.

• Maximum number of guests: as indicated in the description of rooms.
• For each child sharing the parents bed should be a clear update and confirmation while booking.
  -1 Child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding & linens.
  -1 Older child or adult is charged 15,00 EUR per night for one extra bed & towel set.
  -Baby Cots are available upon special request during reservation and it is locally charged.

Booking Policy
•    If you proceed booking a room, your reservation status is pending & should be confirmed with a deposit* the next 24 hours. Otherwise room rates offered by internet or telephone subject to availability and can be changed anytime.
The deposit is equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay for reservations related period 1/4 - 30/6 and 1/9 - 30/10 and can not be less than the cost of the first night.
For high season i.e. from 1/7 - 30/8 the deposit is equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay and NOT REFUNDED for any reason. Also, it cannot be less than the cost of two first nights.
PREPAID BOOKING: When a booking is prepaid, full pre-payment is required in our bank account. Prepaid reservations are not refundable in cash and they are not transferable to another date.
All deposits are subject to the conditions described below in the "Cancellation policy".
Payment Policy
-DEPOSIT PAYMENT
All reservations are confirmed and established after payment of the required deposit. The amount of the deposit has to be paid until the following day at 12.00 or whenever agreed in particular. Deposit payment can be made:
-by BANK through our bank account. Please ask for our bank accounts.
-by CREDIT CARD. You provide us card details (NUMBER, EXP.DATE, NAME & CVV) and we charge your deposit. Please notice that all reservations will automatically be cancelled if any credit card authorization is denied.
-PAYMENT of the REMAINING AMOUNT
All guests have to deliver their ID or passport at the reception at Check In and kept until payment. Full balance payment is required the day of arrival, after Checking In the room, with cash or credit card - when room is fully paid all documents will be returned to guest.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS from 1/4 until 30/6 & from 1/9 to 30/10 (LOW SEASON)
• For changes or cancellations until 21 days before arrival:
the deposit will be refunded unless it concerns a reservation with special condition "PREPAID BOOKING" which is Prepaid on time of booking and is non-refundable in any case.
Changes can be made subject to availability at the time of change, if hotelier can offer this option for the new period.
• In case of cancellation less than 21 days before arrival:
the deposit is NOT refundable.
• For changes in less than 21 days before arrival:
A) If the change concerns a reduction of nights ie. If the visitor change the date of arrival or departure and stay less nights than the agreed duration based on reservation, then it is required (the guest) to pay PENALTY the 50 % of the cost of the remaining days of the period originally agreed.
B) In case of increase of nights, this is subject to availability and applicable (the time change) price per night.
C) TRANSFERING the reservation period for the same number of nights in another time period is not possible, since another booking could take place but it didn't because of the existance of the cancelled one.
Furthermore:
Any change made at confirmed reservation enables the hotelier to make changes from his part also such as:
- the rate per night (which can be configured according to the applicable at the time of change, updated rates) and dates of arrival &/or departure, even those considered guaranteed based on the pre-existing reservation.
In short, if CHANGES apply BY THE CUSTOMER at a reservation within 21 days before arrival, the deposit is applicable but all other booking data of the certain resrvation & time period are not guaranteed and can be changed from the side of the hotelier.
• No show on the day of arrival:
100% of total accommodation cost
Any change to an existing reservation, has management costs 20,00 €.
BOOKINGS DURING HIGH SEASON (1 / 7-30 / 8)
• Canceled at any time after booking:
The deposit is NOT refundable.
• For changes in more than 21 days before arrival:
Changes may be made - subject to availability.
• For changes in less than 21 days before arrival:
A) If the change concerns a reduction of nights ie. If the visitor change the date of arrival or departure and stay less nights than the agreed duration based on reservation, then it is required (the guest) to pay PENALTY the 50 % of the cost of the remaining days of the period originally agreed.

CANCELLATION POLICY for PREPAID RESERVATION:
Prepaid reservations are NOT refundable in cash and are NOT transferable to another date.

•    Fruit or fruit juice.
•    Coffee or Tea or Milk.
•    Marmalade or honey (up to 40 gr).
•    Butter (up to 20 gr).
•    Bread.
•    Cake or croissant.
•    Ham & cheese (up to 2 slices per person)

Cleaning Policy

Cleaning starts at 10.00' daily. If you do not wish the maid to enter your room please hang the indication on the outside door knob. Please notice that as long as the indication “DO NOT ENTER” is at your door your room will not be cleaned.

Every day we offer Refreshment in our rooms which includes: sweeping, renewal in accessories and toilet paper, toilet cleaning, settlingthe room, emptying trash - beds made with existing linens.

Complete Cleaning & disinfection of room is offered after two nights of stay. It includes all the above plus dusting, vacuuming, changing linens & towels, disinfecting bathroom & refilling amenities and toilet paper and cleaning the balcony.

-LINEN CHANGE: extra change of towels or any linen anytime during your stay.
